Our yoga program is a welcoming place that fosters physical well-being, community and peace of mind to those seeking refuge from stress and pressures of daily life. Our team of skilled teachers offer traditional and therapeutic yoga, focused on calming both the body and mind so that you can walk out of the class feeling more at ease.

All of our classes are beginner friendly!

Yoga for Backs

Explore slow, mindful movement and mobility exercises that will help develop a deep awareness of your body. Based on the Critical Alignment Therapy method, these yoga classes will help you reduce tension, stiffness, and pain in your body. It is also a great practice to increase and maintain general physical wellness and sports performance.
Tuesdays – 5:30 – 6:30pm

Gentle Flow

A fluid practice linking breath to movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Flow sequence will re-energize your body and it’s emphasis on breath will release any blockage of energy in your body. All poses are done in a relaxed place in a supportive environment.
Thursdays – 6:45 – 7:45pm

Hatha Yoga

Gentle introduction to yoga postures, sun salutation and pranayama (breath control). You will be guided into detailed sequences with modifications and props which will help develop functional ranges of movement and a deeper understanding of body awareness.
Fridays – 9:30 – 10:30am

HHCA Membership is required for all programs
