Yoga Flow

Flow is a style of yoga which join asanas (poses) with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm to the practice. Each practice has its unique focus rooted in a creative flow sequence.  This is a cardiovascular practice that integrates breath, movement, strength, flexibility and balance.  Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, find their own range of movement in a safe and supported environment.

Great for those looking for a cardiovascular & strength building session

“Judy is just fabulous. She allows people to feel comfortable letting everyone figure things out on their own time. After class, I’m so refreshed and relaxed. Even though there’s a lot of strength building energy. It feels so good afterwards.” – class participant Diana.
