Yoga for Backs

You are how you move! Explore slow-paced, mindful movement exercises under the guidance of a certified teacher who will help you improve your strength, mobility, as well as your awareness of your body. Based on Critical Alignment Therapy and sound biomechanics, these classes will help you reduce your pain and stiffness so that you feel better and move better.
Tuesdays – 5:30 – 6:30pm – yin yoga for backs

Hatha Yoga (All Levels)

Modern life is fast enough – your yoga practice doesn’t have to be! Hatha yoga is a slower paced and potent alignment-oriented practice. Asanas (yoga poses) are explored with an eye to both traditional form and good biomechanics.
Thursdays – 6:45 – 7:45pm – hatha yoga – all levels

Beginners Yoga

Beginner Vinyasa Flow is a great class for anyone who has never stepped onto a yoga mat before. This class will introduce you to the beginning stages of Yoga including Ujjayi Breathing, the Sun Salutation, and a few basic beginner poses.
Fridays – 9:30 – 10:30am – beginner yoga
